To truly connect

we must first stand from the place of solitude

so we don’t relate to each other to distract ourselves from suffering

If we can’t enjoy being on our own, in nature and in solitude; we just connect to pour out suffering onto each other.

We can’t compete because we are travelling alone on our unique paths of consciousness evolution, in our own pace, with temporary companions. We are not on a linear path and there’s nobody out there to compete. People out there are only concepts. We are from the beginning alone on the path and people may appear to support but we must walk it ourselves.

Cherish time when you feel totally disconnected from the rest of the work.

Allow truth to unravel and strip you to the bare bones until you become completely naked in aloneness.

It’s when you find true belonging.

Have self-compassion when ego might cry out in sorrow because of “lost life”. It’s not you who cry, it’s the cry of ego.

Cry but don’t ever go back.

Let awareness fill the void of loneliness and emptiness. Nothing else can fill that void.

Committed to nothing but truth.
